Pinner CC have chosen Prostate Cancer UK as their chosen charity for 2019 and 2020 and will be bearing their logo on match shirts from this season. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention and support, they aim to stop prostate cancer being a killer.
The first event that the club will be holding to support this worthwhile cause is a Reggae Night on the 22nd March.
Other events will be held throughout the summer, including a cricket match against a Chilterns League XI. Watch this space for further news!
