Pinner Cricket Club
In 2024, Pinner Cricket Club celebrates its 189th year in existence. We are one of the longest established clubs not only locally but across the country. We play our home matches at Montesole Playing Fields in Pinner which has hundreds of visitors making the most of the excellent play ground with many watching the cricket over the weekends and during evenings in the summer.
Our adult section plays its cricket in the Hertfordshire Cricket League where the 1st XI play in division 7A after winning 8A in 2022, and the 2nd XI play in Division 9B. In 2022 we entered a 3rd XI into the league structure for the first time in our history and due to our expanding membership, we have been able to enter a 4XI into the league for 2023. Whilst our Sunday fixture list is jammed packed with friendly games across a variety of clubs.
The junior section is the heartbeat of our club with over 120 'mini lambs' practising and playing games throughout the summer. Currently we have under 15s, 13s, 11s, 10s and a minis age group so plenty of cricket for all with numerous parents often spending the evening watching their children.
Pinner CC is very proud of its social section, which pulls together the cricket and the local community. We really are Your Club for Your Local Community.
Our bar is very well stocked with a variety of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. In the winter, home cooked Sunday roasts are available at a very reasonable price whilst plenty of ice cream's are sold during the summer.
The club is child friendly and has a pool table, jukebox and 2 darts boards! We also enter the Harrow Pool League and Cricketers Darts league in the off-season. The clubhouse is open Monday-Friday 5pm-late and Saturday/Sunday 12-late whether we have cricket or not!
