Match report On a very hot day at montesole today on winning the toss littlewick green cc 1st x1 took the option of bowling first which come as a surprise as 2 players were still en route to the ground .rohitesh dhawan and Alan Carter opened the innings for the home team and after an air shot by Alan was missed both batsmen took on the visitors attack with confidence .Rotating the strike these 2 had a very good 119 partnership in 27 overs and layed the basis of 9 wickets intact and 18 overs to bat. Rohitesh 52 in 84 balls 8 x 4 ,Alan 81 in117 balls 9 x 4 backed up by raahul aggarwal 14, hari ramachandran 5 both perished on the run quest and it was left to Omkar narvencar 32 * 5 x 4 in 37 balls and rob Harrison 16 * to see pinner through to 221 for 4 off 45 overs.kirk Graham bowled excellently 12 overs 2 maidens 3 wickets for 29 runs and symonds 1 for 69 took the 4 wickets to fall .Tea was taken a lisa special as always full of choices all round and enjoyed by both teams.Daniel opened up with raahul and nick Lawrence but the 2 Graham brothers left hand right hand combination looked quality Shaun 25 Kirk 20 were both removed when looking to launch as were maskell 22 and Mason-apps 22 and pinner now held the upper hand .junaid akhtar 23 threatened but the inability of at least 2 of these batsmen doing what rohitesh and Alan had done for the lambs proved costly in littlewick green 51 runs defeat . Raahul 3 for 63, nick 1 for 35 , hari 1 for 14 , Daniel 1 for 24 all bowled well for pinner today but the star of the pinner attack was felix hoh 11 overs 3 maidens 4 wickets for 25 runs as the visitors ended 170 all out in 40 overs .
