Match report Pinner recorded their first Middlesex Championship Division Two win when they beat Edmonton by four wickets at Montesole on Saturday.

Excellent bowling by Finbarr O'Connor restricted Edmonton to 163/7 off 55 overs. Pinner's reply started slowly but aggressive batting from Chris Hawes (57) and John Spencer (59), who put on 86 for the third wicket, put them in a winning position and then Rob Harrison's belligerent 35 not out saw them home with five balls to spare.
