Match report Pinner recorded their highest league score of the season thanks to a hard hit 76 by Rob Harrison, which included seven fours and four sixes.

A big score looked on the cards when Harrison and John Williams put on 66 in 36 minutes for the sixth wicket, but a late burst by Dave Rimmer of 5 for 30 restricted the total to 183. In reply Old Lyonians were given a good start by "Bits" Palmer (48) and Mike Christelow (49). They fell in successive overs and although OLs got home by three wickets with one over and two balls to spare, they were never entirely at ease with their task.
