Match report Pinner's miserable league season continued on Saturday against Alexandra Park - despite the efforts of opener Chris Hawes. His innings of 117 not out enabled Pinner to reach 200/3 declared, and was punctuated by boundaries all around the wicket, including a straight 6. Along the way John Williams (37) helped to add 110 for the second wicket.

It was a busy day for Hawes as he then put on the wicket keeper's gloves. However, the Pinner attack could not match his industry and had a collective off-dfay, enabling the visitors to canter to victory with plenty in hand.
