Match report Pinner closed their league season by stumbling to a draw with Kenton, a result which left them joint bottom of the table with UCS Old Boys.

After Andrew Jackson had reduced Kenton to 32/3, good knocks from Malcolm Sharp (33), Tim Holton (44) and Cliff Hedley (33 not out) saw them recover to reach 189/8. Against accurate Kenton bowling, only Finbarr O'Connor's 30 enabled them to reach 100/8. Alex Singleton (3/29) and Ian Marshall (3/19) both bowled well for Kenton.
