Match report Leaving my house today and drizzling with rain I was uncertain we would get a game in today and asking weather reports it was not what I'd hoped to hear.Both teams turned up and a heavy shower at 12 40 pm saw a scramble by the players to take the covers on the pitch.After 25 minutes rain stopped and despite blackening skies play started at 1 10pm with metropolitan cc winning the toss and electing to bat.maison noel opened down the hill and off his allotted 6 overs bowled an excellent spell conceding only 9 runs it was by far the best I'd seen him bowl.varun singh took 2 early wickets and a disastrous run out in maisons first over ,Wayne Maher Took 3 Quick Wickets To Reduce Metropolitan To 34 For 6 After 12 Overs Of The Agreed 30 Overs Per Team and Metropolitan Were Facing A Drubbing.
